The #40 entry, "The Old Man Down the Road", was involved in a weird lawsuit. It was claimed that it sounded too much like the earlier CCR hit "Run Through the Jungle", which John Fogerty was also a part of. In other words, he was being sued for sounding like himself. Definitely bizarre.
