That’s what stands out to as a PR Officer with probably an Intelligence background, using a term project 33 is concerning.

Well, FIRST THING FIRST, There is something missing in the readiness. We are lacking sailor enlistment these days. No one seems to enlist. HOW CAN WE BE READY? From 1901 to 1992, we enlisted Filipino sailors. They are excellent and trusted sailors. Why don't we enlist them again TO FILL THE GAPS? That is a historical 91 years enlistment. OR, give more incentives to attract enlistment? You have to solve this puzzles before anything else. "At the end of the 2023 fiscal year (September 2023), three branches reported falling short of their recruitment goals: the Navy was at 60% of its target" That's very low indeed.

Selective service registration enforcement . And poor leadership and recruitment incentives, vs private sector, letting people in with questionable credentials and security clearances

The people making decisions thought it was more important to cater to woke ideology than have a functioning military. They're reaping the fruit of that decision making process now.

Big picture, Taiwan under PRC control would be a very bad thing.
@amunra5330Ай бұрын
Why?
@IwantalloftheinformationАй бұрын
@@amunra5330 It's not just Taiwan, It's all the those nation's territorial waters in the South China Sea that China is claiming to own; Japan and South Korea are in particularly precarious positions. Plus they will Turn Taiwan into an aircraft carrier/port to force its claims even further.

@@amunra5330 Because the Chinese COMMUNIST Party has a bad record of imprisoning and killing people, stealing lands, sinking economies, spreading lies and viruses, selling fakes.

I really don't understand. During World War II, China and the U.S. worked together to defeat Japan, and the two countries are separated by the Pacific Ocean, with no direct threats or conflicts between them. In fact, the U.S. has military bases all around China, in places like Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. So why is there still talk of war? Wouldn't peace be better for everyone?

Read the plan. Makes sense, it addresses the major problems facing the Navy. Now, will the House of Representatives pass a budget. (Typical question concerning autonomous systems. What happens when your satellite communication is destroyed? They, Ukraine, are not winning the war.)

Basically outsourcing is coming back to bite us? The Navy has pissed away so much talent that if they did dig out of this, they would eventually end up back were they started.
