Great episode. The intricate detail you provide really shows that the channel name is very appropriate. I've learned more about the Starship system from your videos than any other source.
@John-jr4dj2 жыл бұрын
It's not a great episode. It's much more than that, in all seriousness. It's proper journalism. The critical examination, and most crucially, *re-examination* of the available evidence to give crucial insight not otherwise available. They've given lesser journalists prizes for less and that's a fact.
@chrisquinn81502 жыл бұрын
I loved the deep dive into the launch mount, I had heard that much of the launch infrastructure for the booster was going to be integrated into the launch mount to save weight and space on the booster but had no idea how extensive those systems were. the legs was an obvious one but all of the priming and starting system for 24 of the 33 engines is quite alot more. Thank you, this was an excellent episode!
@myyklmax2 жыл бұрын
The reason why the igniters for the 20 outer boosters are on the mount is because, once MECO and SSEP, I suspect that those 20 engines do not get relighted for Boostback and/or Reentry Burns. The center 13 (gimble) engines would handle those tasks; as well as the Landing Burn.

Zack, I needed to say that your insight into the building and daily goings on of all things Space X is second to none. You truly are a phenomenal detective! You put Felix, Tim, Marcus and Scott to shame. Your ability to notice such obscure details when piecing together the extremely complicated parts that the Space X personnel a building. To do so without any blueprints for prototypes of never built before equipment, nobbt T-Mobile mention the complexity of it all truly boggles my mind. Because of this. Your abilities earned you the prestigious honourable of being the very first channel I subscribe to. I’ve watched KZbin for years and although I have many favourite channels that I watch on a regular basis I have never deemed them worthy of my subscription. God speed Zack.

The complexity of the job you do is mind blowing. I always expect something challenging before each one of your episodes, but this one surpasses all previous ones. I must admit, that due to your insight and talent, I can grasp the complexity of the jobs which were taken away from the rocket itself and transferred to Stage 0. The principle is remarkably simple, yet the actual launch table that resulted is the most complex orbital launch mount ever built by far. This also explains the delays that pushed 1st orbital launch date so far.
