I think Obama could have been better, but everything you just said you pulled out of your ass. Unemployment is back to 4.9 %, though still some work to do. Our deficit has significantly decreased. There are millions more with health insurance (a Republican plan by the way, taken from Nixon, Dole, and Romney). We should give him some credit for not escalating the conflict in Syria more than he has (lord only knows what would have happened if it was a Republican in office). He did great on his Iran Nuclear Deal of course. A deal that wasn't even necessary because they aren't a threat to us, but he still made sure they can't have nukes for atleast another decade. He's been a fair President and very center-right

While it might make sense to conclude he WOULD have been for the community development act, the only actions I am aware of that he took while in office was to claim he was “present”. I believe he was too lazy - or maybe too canny - to actually vote on bills. Or maybe he was too bizzy community organizing. But I recall thinking it was striking how often he voted “present” rather than “yay” or “nay”.
