This what I'd been doing since I started kyokushin karate 5 years go but I just use tape to attach it to my punching bag I put one head level and another one thigh level so i can practice blocking both leg kicks and punches

@@csquaredboxing I made this today mate! Will use at training tomorrow. The strap I used was “GRUNT 25mm x 2m Pull Tie Down Strap” as you only need to make a thin slit to feed through the noodle. Thanks again man!

You can also put another noodle at body shot level so when the bag spins around you practice blocking or backstepping body shots.
