Guest Speaker: Andrew Small is the author of an excellent, path-breaking book titled ‘The China-Pakistan Axis: Asia's New Geopolitics’. Andrew is a senior transatlantic fellow with the Asia program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and a non-resident senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations. He also holds a visiting fellowship at the Australian National University’s National Security College. Andrew is well published in Foreign Affairs, the New York Times, Foreign Policy, and the Washington Quarterly, as well as many other journals, magazines and newspapers. Andrew is a graduate of the Balliol College, University of Oxford.
