Why we get 3 times current in neutral of that connection you showed?

Because current in all three CTS are in same phase.. additive current is observed in neutral wire. If three phase CTs get current 120 degrees apart and equal magnitude, resultant current through neutral will be zero

Open chode gaye ct ke secondary coil me high potential appear nahi ho jayega...? Secondary coil me hamesha kuch current hona chahiye, counter mmf ke liye.. fir chahe wo kisi bhi tapping se li gayi ho. Per secondary coil, kisi na kisi tapping se ct secondary ko closed loop me rakhna hi hoga
