I've got the CTEK MXS 7.0 charger which is the 240VAC UK version of yours. It is the shiznit!!! It keeps my Land Rover fully charged during these continuous covid lockdowns. Cheers from a 'Murican in England! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇸 Stay safe mate....

Thought were supposed to put the eyelet negative wire to the chassis? Or else the car's Battery Management System won't register the reading well after charging, w/ it on the battery negative pole.

In the directions, it shows to connect to the bolt on the negative terminal. I haven’t had any issues. @@TheStylishRacer Yes, but that's if your car has no BMS (Battery Management System). In my case with the CX-5, it does, so we have to put it on the chassis ground. TY

I can’t get terminals on Group 78 battery with side terminals to fit? Is there a different type for side terminals?

I want to know if I can charge the battery removed from my car and leave it connected to recover it. Don't have my own garage

You didn't mention anything about the capabilities of the charger itself. Installation? Two wires? Is this machine more than a simple battery tender?
