I'm currently practicing the second one already!!! While doing Ring Rally, I've noticed that sometimes its impossible to avoid the electricity if the second method isn't used. Your tips and tricks have really helped!!!

TO jump the whole thing you need to angle yourself so you run over the boost pad in the middle just before you hit the boost pad on the ramp, so you get a quick double boost

That was helpful, also, nice editing. The way I normally do it is to aim for the ramp on the left, and sometimes drop into the middle if I know I'm clear to pass through without getting zapped. I've been meaning to practice this shortcut, specifically the 'medium' bit, but now, also the 'hard' one. Hopefully I remember this after I learn how to pull of the second shortcut in Megamix Mania without Blue Fire.

Um when learning this I actually thought jumping to the farther ramp was the most reasonable way to do it (while avoiding the lasers). And that's how I still do it and I'm pretty good at it. And I think I sometimes land before the (far) ramp and that it makes fire more manageable. The sharper the airbrake turn is, the more I don't like it, since it's so quick, so I've tended to keep it wider, unless it's easy (like tightening the Papu's Pyramid jump). So I haven't even bothered landing on the closer ramp yet, but I guess I should at least try it.

If u aim for the further ramp, it's really slow still. Closest ramp is definitely the best and safest way to go

1:28 We've already told you on stream that this is called U-turn, pls stop calling it air-brake xD Air-brake is just holding the Square button, while your kart turns, and after releasing the button the kart slingshots in the direction you're facing.

Very good video personnaly i do the second method too but with a little difference i make a first jump on the first turbo pad. By doing this i am always perfectly placed to launch on the second turbo pad.

It's similar to roo,s but you hit the top of the wall while moving to the left and you get an insane burst of speed called a Speedghost. It's very much the same thing as Blue Fire On Ps1 CTR

You probably let go off the D-pad before you let go of the brake. Always release square first.
