It is now even possible for you to make your own voice personality to add to it, using my voice lines as a template example of where to name and place them, and even submit it to Szumi57 for it to be officially added in future updates! The ONLY bad thing of the mod is that all deals are lost if you close the game, so if you need to leave the run, you lose all buffs and nerfs

Actually, vanilla game has audio hallucination for high insanity with over 40 different sounds (higher = more frequent and loud), also, a player with high insanity will uncontrollably shake the Maneater like a protein shake with a chance of enraging it 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
