I stuck a plastic push pin in my ap intake where you put that bolt in to hold it in place and it works fine for me

Do you guys have a constant engine light with your cold airs? I have one (afe) and I get a mass intake ignore code on the JB4.. I've reset but it comes back after a day of highway driving. I also have the afe air scoop.

I’ve got a cel light with this CTS intake, I’ve read to just tighten everything down and try and secure it from bouncing around but it’s still throwing a code. Guess I’ll return it, sucks because it sounds so good. You would think more air would be good

Honestly, they’re both good, I’d definitely say the CTS Intake is the loudest but you’ll enjoy either more of you are completely straight piped.

Nice job and good outcome - but you made me nervous with that open pipe and handling nuts and bolts near it. Drop anything down the pipe and you could damage the turbo. That's a sound you don't want to hear!

No chance of damaging the turbo, everything can be removed and the impeller blades are way too narrow for anything to pass through, nevertheless you bring up a good point and it was probably not the best idea for me to handle those small items near essential components!

Purpose of a velocity stack is to speed up the incoming hair not turbulent air hint the name velocity

You should t get a CEL, and if you do, it’s usually the computer getting used to higher flow air... I got a CEL with BMS intake then went away on its own 🤷🏻‍♂️

I got a p120d cel possible my maf sensor or just my car getting used to the cai. I cleared it for the second time hopefully it doesn't come back but other then that I recommend the intake
