The great thing about Anne Murray is that she's always been who she is. She's down to earth and real. Her voice is honest and heartfelt and warm. I can't believe she's been retired for 15 years, but it looks like she's enjoying life. She's provided so much joy to other people. Whenever her songs would come on the radio, I'd listen to them. Who wouldn't? That fabulous voice. She was the best.

Every time she performed in Ottawa, i would go see her. Loved her sense of humor. Always came away feeling uplifted. Thank you, Anne, for your music.

Bill and I were so blessed to be there this year. We have seen Anne many times in concerts ,whenever she was near us. She is still so beautiful and gracious. Sundays listening party was such a wonderful day.

I feel a special kinship to Springhill as my Dad and his family are from there. I've visited twice and actually toured the Anne Murray Museum the second time. She is a great Canadian.

Thank you for posting this. This day and the following days were two of the best days of my life. Getting to meet my favorite singer of all time and listen to unreleased music was amazing. I even saw myself in the video!

I don't know who the interviewer was, but this was a very good interview. Great, relevant, and interesting questions. Anne Murray is a true down to earth Maritimer.

Greetings from Toronto Ontario I used to walk by anne murray estate in thornhill every day and sometimes her gate would be ajar and I would walk up the drive and one day she was out front and I said hello snow bird of nova scotia and she waved back and I left the property after which the gate closed & I continued my walk

@@ThrdWrldGrl Yeah Anne likely went to close the gate quickly this guy was trespassing on her property. Good thing she's a sweetheart but what if a person with bad intentions had gone up the drive? How was she to know this person didn't mean any harm? She had a gate for a very good reason she was a Canadian Country music star and some of them did have crazy fans.

I am an old Manitoba girl who did go to your museum in your hometown. I have friends in Nova Scotia who took me there. You are an encredible musician. O now live in Mississauga, On. Think of you often, what you are doing these days. Good to hear you are doing well. Carrol Baker was another great musician. I was so glad when she came out of hiding. I saw her at a casino in Yorkton, SK for a few years back. She was still incredible just as you.

For me, I liked Anne because she taught Physical Education in the day. Which certainly explains why she's still fit. Move people, I'm 73 and ya gotta keep moving, lifting weights, sing badly is better than not singing at all.

I used to see her to riding her bike with her kids when she lived in Thornhill and yes her estate was beautiful! A true Canadian treasure!

Really must explore NS. Four years here and aside from trips into Halifax, three or four times a year that is pretty much it. 2025 the year to travel . Springhill about 30 minutes away. If there, maybe spot Ms. Murray to say hi.
