I'm going to try this on my MTD 2019 Yard Machine Lawn Riding lawn Tractor 17hp. There may be some mods but its basically the same design frame with lower hood so my side magnets should actually work holding the sides against the metal frame. May have to cut the front rods to meet front closure around the hood. Incredibly hard to find cabs anymore so it's mod man time.

I bought it and like it, didn't realize it had a mesh going through the front and back of it. I mean I realize you don't want to fog up but it's a lot of mesh and lets a lot of wind in...

Do you still have this cab? If so how's it holding up? Thinking of getting one for my XT1, tired of getting drenched with snow from the blower. They no longer sell the snow blower attachment, just found that out today, glad I got mine when I did. Just need a cab LOL.

6 foot 2 inchs chopped pipes an inch for height and width and drilled new holes . Magnets now fit

How do get rid of all the wrinkles in the clear parts of the cab??? That's a safety issue I would think.

I'm considering getting one of those attachments for my XT2. How reliable has the snowblower been for you? Is it low maintenance? Do you have a big driveway? TIA!

I have one of these, it's nice but it really needs some kind of windshield wiper

I was wondering that...given the design I don't think it would be possible, too bad they don't make a hard cab, at least a solid windshield for it.

How is the frame holding up? A section of the oem Cub accessory sunshade frame for my XT3 broke and Cub replaced the part. Well the replacement part has now broke and mind you the sunshade has not come in contact with anything. The dealer is trying to get me a refund for the $200.00 poc sunshade frame that is not even a year old.

I have the cub cadet xt2 gx54 tractor and am looking at the snowblower for it, I have a 500+ foot driveway with a steep hill. What is the max depth of the snow to blow?

Good morning sir I'm in the market for a club cadet SLX50 .Can you tell me on your unit the Lent with the snowblower attached and weights on the rear how long is that entire unit . I've been looking for this information so I can store the Club Cadet in my tool shed . I noticed in your comments that you said the height is 74 in with the cab.

Any idea if this cab could be fitted to an older 1500 series. My SLT 1550 looks so similar and uses the same blower attachment. I think this would fit but am not prepared to spend the $350-400 and find out it won’t work.

I don't know, I'm pretty sure the contour of the hood is different and would likely have different hole locations in the frame. I would sure think it could be modified to work however.

I agree the hood is but I think the draw string would take care of that. The holes in the frame could be drilled, but the rear fender contour is different so I’m not sure how well it would mount behind the seat. I will have to do some further investigating

How do you reach the handle for the blade it is on the same side as the blower chute controls . I cut a slot in the pouch so I could reach it. How did you do it?

I have never used this machine with the Blade, only the snowblower so im not sure exactly how it would fit. Will the handle slide through that zippered portion on the front left side of the cab?

No the handle don’t come close enough to the cab

Bad idea its not meant to be installed when being hauled around, it would rip the cab apart at highway speeds.

What's the overall height once the cab is on the machine?

Issue I've had is that it fits so tight it busted the teeth on the zipper

I have not ran into this. Are you sure you got the right part number? - there is a couple different cabs to fit other models.
