We were at Memories Flamenco for Christmas Dec. 20th to 27th. Many serious health and safety issues especially if you are elderly or have physical handicaps. We had poor to no water pressure in our showers and the toilets did not flush. You had to step into the tub which was almost 2 1/2 feet high with NO handle bar and the tub floor was slippery! A few guests had slipped in the tub and hurt themselves! A few guests demanded Sunwing representative to move them to another resort. Despite this, the Cuban workers are very kind and genuine ...and the beach is absolutely beautiful. However, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone until they fix the tubs and the poor lighting at night around the resort.

We didn't have any issue with the tubs but I can agree with the fact the water pressure is not great

Cuba es una DICTADURA. Cuba es un estado fallido. Camina con el pueblo para que veas los niños comiendo en la basura y los ancianos tirados en las calles. Y si andas con suerte y no te asalten.

Hi there, great video, very informative! I have a few questions. Did you have any issues with water in your room (aka shower pressure, hot water or simply enough water to flush the toilet) and did you get bottled water to drink daily? Thanks a lot!

Out of seven days, we had warm water for showers, for just one hour. Then back again to very cool water. There was bottled water in the rooms for the first day you arrived then you would have to request daily.

Shower pressure was bad, and it alternated from hot to cold but water was delivered daily

Thanks to both of you. It's too bad that it went downhill like that... everyone says how amazing the beach is but it's a big price to pay just for the beach.
