I was looking at your channel a lot l, then shadow boxing trying to apply your information. Although I stopped being obsessed with boxing, I kept training lightly. One day one of my coaches, and a close freind has hold pads for me he was impressed with my coordination. I think your teaching has contributed to that coordination. Thanks coach Charles.

Charles been learning slowly for 18 months now. And I wanted a boxing style thx to you I found it. Thank you so so much. I struggle ish with people throwing the cross. Because whenever i do sparring if i get hit on my stomach im over my stomach is too weak please make video on it because in August im gonna participate in tournament of boxing so it's to important for me to make my stomach strong.

I feel very confort to deal with the jabs, I use all the things you mention. But I find harder to deal with the Right hands. Probably because I'm more scared of those ones, i usually use distance or slips for the right hands, but i feel much less secure to block/parry or catch those... Any tips or drills?
