I remember watching the old, pre-cold waters streams. I also remember joining the dog pile recommending that the Gnome himself to watch your streams when he started doing Cold Waters vids. It’s been a ride following you along into the “Sub Brief” era. I love your ship briefs and I’m super happy that you’re back streaming videos like this!

4:15 "Humanitarian aid that included surface-to-surface missiles" A bit different to the humanitarian aid provided to Helsinki, Finland in 1939 by the Soviets, but they included bombs that were armed. Molotov bread baskets, we called them.

Mr. Ambassador, you have nearly a hundred naval vessels operating in the Florida Coast. Your aircraft has dropped enough sonar buoys so that a man could walk from Florida to Bahamas, to Cuba without getting his feet wet.

you also have to tell your units to cease fire and put them on tight weapons or they'll bug out and keep attacking randomly, and you can click on the bottom bar to control speed, altitude, weapons to use etc. without opening the right button menu.

You need to ask for a refund on those torpedoes man ps: I have consulted the highest authority on earth, wikipedia, and it says that the range of the ASROC is 6 miles or 9.7 kilometres. You need an Ikara (the ASROC but cooler and Australianer)
@bbake659

6nm is an accurate range for ASROC. VLA can reach about 12nm.

Don’t you have to activate damage control after you ship gets hit
@thatkyledude1093

It's automatic. The game does it all for you. You can set it to manual, but it's automatic by default. The type of hit you get can also determine whether or not you survive.

I went to Rosavelt Roads 2 years ago, it was awsome wish i has time to go spalunking in the old buildings but only had time for a drive three with my friends father who lives nearby. did yeat at the restaurant at the rear gate it was real nice. I assume it was a strip bar dew to the striper poles as they were not pulled out of the indoor area.

One thing that doesn't get acknowledged much in history books/lessons during the Cuban missile crisis was the USSR didn't appreciate having US deployed number ballistic missiles based in Turkey within very short range of major Russian cities/installations either. When the Cuban missile crisis ended, the US agreed to pull out the ICBMs at the Soviet Union's doorstep in Turkey at the same time the Russians agreed to remove them from Cuba.

@mumblerinc.6660
@mumblerinc.6660 2 ай бұрын
It is frequently brought up, but not afforded much importance by professionals because it’s a bad and disingenuous point typically brought to the table by Tankies. They were obsolete missiles stored above ground with no protection as a diplomatic favour to NATO allies as opposed to serious military threats. Additionally they’d been there for a long time by the time of the Cuba crisis, so they were in no way the cause behind it. They were also by no means as near to major Soviet control centres as the modern missiles in Cuba were to Washington, the Pentagon, etc. Obsolete missiles which didn’t upset the power balance versus state of the art missiles which could hit the US East coast in a decapitation strike with such short notice as to make the MAD principle irrelevant. The Kennedy administration agreed to remove those missiles many months later as a token concession because even Khrushchev realised that Castro had goaded him into stepping well out of line, and that he was losing control of a dangerous, escalating situation which had frankly been unprovoked (defending Cuba by threatening WW3 was obviously not a reasonable response).

I gotta a idea for you the Battle of Los Angeles en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Los_Angeles first off its a funny little battle that toke place in commie fornia during ww 2 involved the navy and shore batterys shooting at weather balloons and spotting balloons and what was thought was a submarine and aircraft 1 sub and 6 possible planes of japanese. 2 navy ships and 4 us army planes just from memory but it is hilarious anyways
