5 Tips for a Great Electric Bass Sound | Cubase Secrets with Dom

Want to get a great electric bass sound? Let Dom Sigalas show you how to make your electric bass sound great in this video of tips for producing with Cubase. Hello. I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out what makes a bass mix so well with some of my favorite music. So I have decided to research that for bit. Dom, at the end of the video you showed very important thing with extracting midi notes from the bass. I want to do same with distorted guitar (to thicken it up with piano on some notes). The problem is when I do exactly the same thing with extracting midi from distorted guitar it always gives unusable midi notes which are all over the place. Can you please please make a video how to extract midi notes from heavy distorted guitar track? Thank you soooo much Dom.

if the guitar is played with more then one note at a time(intervals chords etc...) vari-audio will not detect it correctly . Vari-audio can detect only monophonic audio sources
