@ Yes great anytime!! Soon we will making some for Christmas We add bit of espresso coffe cooled down to filling and some cacao powder. We leave in fridge for couple of days to absorb all the flavours. Each region has their own spin on this recipie :)

Great to see you making cuccidati! We Italians make them every Christmas but use a heck of a lot of booze in it and apricot jam mixed in with the filling, but yours looks great too! I just made your Christmas pudding last month and it’s maturing and waiting for Christmas day! 🎄 Looking forward to seeing more recipes on the stretch to Christmas! You’re always a joy Geoff!!👍🏼

HI Rachel. I hope you got the ones I sent. Yes you can use whatever liquid you want for soaking the raisins. But that liquid doesn't go into the paste unless a little is needed to make it spreadable.
