My favourite vegetable. Eggplant or brinjal or aubergine.... very nutritious and has antioxidents (purple in colour). Delicious recipe. Can also add chillie and cumin powder. Can add lemon juice OR white vinegar with a half teaspoon of sugar. Greetings from Melbourne.

Muy buena receta. Una manera muy fácil de hacer los burgers is poner la bola de la mezcla entre dos bolsas de nylon y presionar con la tapa grande de un pomo. Excellent recipe. An easy way to form the burgers is to form a ball with the mix and place it in between two sandwich bags. Then press it using a lid from a large jar.
