Wieder ein Super Rezept von Ihnen. Ich werde es heute Abend mit der Aubergine vom Kühlschrank machen. Die Knoblauchzehen aber nicht aus der Pfanne entfernen. Dazu grüner Salat mit Tomaten. Gut ist auch, dass die Burger im Backofen und nicht mit viel Öl gebraten werden. Ich grüsse Sie aus der Schweiz.
