Very nice. I wanted to say, it's better this time that fresh tomatoes is scarce. On a second thought, I remembered even cucumber itself is expensive. It came out yummy. Looks thick, which is really good. Send me some. I actually wanted to ask why you peeled off the shell, before you mentioned your regret.

😊Cucumber is still far cheaper than tomatoes I'm yet to try it with the skin but I was told the skin makes it a little bitter. But this stew was so delicious 😋😀 Thanks much for watching sis
