That he might somehow get her to accept advances or give him a chance just because she's tired of fending him off. This video reminded me of a fun harmless brony story to share: in March of 2020 when I was 23 years I was in San Diego for work related training. My friend, a 28 year old woman, who I used to work with was also there for some long term work event and I decided to visit her. She was staying a hotel meant for long term stays with her husband whom I had never meant. He was hanging with some of his friends and she invited me to catch up. I was told just to come in and as soon as I do I am greeted by my friend, her husband and 3 of his friends (all of similar ages) watching a stream of my little pony. I see them slightly freeze at seeing an outsider and they say “it’s not what it looks like”. Now I had been a teen online during the 2010s and saw the worst the brony fandom had to offer on the likes of 4chan, but I knew instantly that these people were harmless and just enjoyed the show. Without missing a beat I said “what season are we on and how do you guys feel about about the Equestria Girls movie?” I saw them all visibly relax and offer me pizza and beer. I was never in the fandom myself but absorbed enough info from internet osmosis to get by. They were all pretty cool people with a shared interest. I have to emphasis this was days before the lockdown and the last hangout I had before being stuck in my hotel room. They were all discussing whether there was still going to be any fan conventions going on. Looking back I’m so glad I didn’t let any of the online interactions I’ve had over the years change my perception of these people and I had a fun time.

The vid with the cashier and creepy dude is exactly how I imagine all those nice guy "she was super nice to me and flirting back and smiling and then she turned me down :(" stories, like you know some dudes don't have the social awareness to understand that just because someone is talking to you or not obviously hostile doesn't mean they're interested in you

3:03 So far as I understood I think she said 'You're going to kill yourself', presumably in regards to the drinking. It sounded like she was coming from a place of concern for him. I'm wondering if maybe the guy had drinking issues or some other problem which maybe would also explain his need to be living with his parents (of course, no judgment, I also live with my parents due to circumstances outside of my control).

I remember being 16 and working register at a pizza place, and I've almost been KIDNAPPED after work. Had to be walked out by my coworkers every day since then. A lot of "Oh sorry I'm 16. I can't talk to a 20+ year old." "Oh thats okay, I don't mind that you're 16." Like????

I really love your videos Cue, you have such a refreshing perspective on on posts, not so outraged or put off by stuff that it seems irrational, but also not so indifferent that its mundane or boring, it hits right in the middle where it seems like a genuine human reaction rather than the internets reaction ya know? keep up the good work

I hope the cops came for that garbage NYC weddimg party. Blocking an ambulance who has the lights on is a crime. They could litterally cost someone their life here. And if their shenanigans did get someone killed they need manslaughter charges as well

Oh my gosh, the femcel replies to that text convo make me feel so bad for men. No wonder guys don’t know how to approach women. You’re right, they can’t decide between liking decisiveness and thinking it makes you a jerk. It’s pathetic and just reveals their insecurities as women. Ugh.
@darylesells193 жыл бұрын
These are the women I point to when Incel guys say that their female counterparts “can’t be real”. They are very real and just as sad in my opinion. Femcels do to good women what incels do to good men by claiming they alone speak for the entirety of either group. Makes me ashamed to be a woman when these people act as if we all act / think the same way.

i know this is an older video and you might not see this, but heres a little clarification for the one where the guy streaming gets confronted by his mom. i listened, and from what i understood, this was the conversation at 2:31: him: “theyre paying me money-“ her: “-to kill yourself!” she was saying that his chat was giving him money to indulge in behaviors that could end up with repercussions to his health, not literally telling him to off himself. just wanted to specify since it seemed like you were confused. hope this helps!

That guy sounds great. He had a guideline and idea, but let her ultimately choose so that their time would coincide. He asked for her opinion, but suggested something in case she wanted more options.

Before the mum said "to kill yourself?" he said: "They're paying me!" and her response was "to kill yourself?" She wasn't telling him to kill himself she was genuinely concerned that strangers on the internet were paying him to drink himself to death

Gotta admit, yeah i found the guy in the text pretty oblivionish, but hey, it's an earnest attempt to hold a conversation and hold a meeting. I totally did not expect a whole line of crazy conspiracy theorists making strage out-there assumptions tho.

11:26 I like how one of the things they didn't like was him suggesting a place "by me!" as if he purely wanted them to come over to his house and not just that, you know, he would only know places fairly close to his house because *he lives there*. People don't just know every restaurant ever, they only know what they have been to or heard of.

Those comments under that last post... And people keep wondering why I have social anxiety. That'll make me overanalyze everything I say and every social cue during a conversation even more than I do now. Know a great place that just happens to be near me? "Well what if she's gonna see it as a red flag, can't go there?". I pick the restaurant? "What if I'm not giving her a say in the matter and thus she gets upset?". She gets to pick the restaurant? "What if she'll be mad that she has to do all the work?".
