I think Kiss was one of those wrestlers who may have had trouble communicating ideas to creative. I think back to when Angelico or Jack Evans, (one of those two neon green boys,) had his contract run out, and everyone was talking about how underused he was on the roster. Only for him to then point out, 'actually, it's more an issue of communicating ideas from us the wrestlers to the bookers/creatives than it all being on creative.' MJF was in that group with Sunny of midcard talent, but he's such an excellent speaker, I imagine he could actually communicate those ideas effectively to Tony or the Young Bucks or Omega, and they could build the story from there together as a collaboration. While I think Sunny, who has great in ring presentation from his attire, to his move set, probably struggled in that department, rather than Tony struggling to come up with ideas.

I cant remember which interview it is, it might even be that KZbin cooking show with Brandy Rhodes that Johnny Hungiee was on, but yea, he specifically says that they just found it funny and named their tagteam after them.
