When I was a kid, there was a tv station that played the old movies of the 30 40 early 50s then everything went to crap the unraised grew, but loved these, though I was more a fan of Spanky and our Gang.
@tommas267427 күн бұрын
@@lindaconner3236 for people who were/are raised the funny part is it's unbelievable that people do that, but then leniency on "kids" to criminals started 1946 has grown worse ever since oh and the participation awarded.

The boys will always be crazy teenagers that make us laugh for generations to come. PS I’m 70 years old and used to watch all their old films on Saturday Morning Pictures at our local ‘Flea Pit’ when I was just a little girl.

Ava Gardner, "Sunshine" Sammy Morrison (from "Our Gang,") Wheeler Oakman (Chaplin's half-brother,) and sound by Glen Glenn, who was credited on about two million TV shows. And Bela Lugosi.

The 'Bowery Boys' were incredibly popular from the early days with their Debut Movie starring "HUMPHREY BOGART' and of course 'The East Side Kids' (a.k.a.) 'The Bowery Boys' (can't remember the exact name of the movie but it's, easily found.) Ava Gardner who played in many movies including a must see post-apocalyptic smash, "ON THE BEACH," with 'GREGORY PECK.' DON'T MISS IT!!!

This is a children’s film from the early 40’s. I normally enjoy old films but not a lot here to hold my interest. I actually preferred Bela Lugosi meets Old Mother Riley and that’s saying something but at least you get more Bela. It says stars Bela Lugosi and Ava Gardner, hardly recognisable, but if you are tuning in for this reason like me expect to be disappointed as they are hardly in it but Bela does shout sh*t at one point which I thought was a bit harsh but understandable. Think The Monkees without instruments but they do sing at one point.
