I just sat down today and watched a couple of episodes, I remember how much my dad and I watched them together when I was a young teen growing up and we laughed so hard together, I know it made my dad happy.... I lost him 20 years ago, but it feels like yesterday.... So in memory I watch them to celebrate the memory of my father.

Here's one, that I guess I was 'gyped', of. I never seen this, even as a kid. I loved the spooky setting, especially if it includes Bela Lugosi 🧛😊!!! Try watching "GHOSTS ON THE LOOSE", which has a scary atmosphere, too!! And with Bela, no less. Oh, and BTW, my Dad used to watch them, with me. From "The Dead End Kids" to The "Bowlery" Boys😁…………

Love these guys. Love these old shows I grew up watching as a kid. These were so much fun to watch. Never knew what they would do next. These were clean and fun to watch. We need more of these to watch thanks for bringing them back so we can see them again.

Ernie'Sunshine' Morrison died of cancer July 24, 1989, 72 years. I and my brother never missed a one of these movies ,we are 79 / 81 yrs now.

Dave O'Brien (camp counselor)....is the same guy who wants the piano music, "Faster!, FASTER!"...in "Reefer Madness". . . . Angelo Rossitto (the dwarf)....had a very long career....His first major film appearance was in Tod Browning's "Freaks" (1932). And was also "Master" (of the 'Master-Blaster' combo)...in "Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome."

"Sunshine" Sammy & Bela are excellent in this wacky comedy fright flick! The entire cast is energetic and there's even zombies walking around (kind of). Lots of fun and it goes by fast!😂

Eastside kids the Bowery boys or whatever title they went under from the time they started making these pictures with Leo Gorcey Hunts Hall and all of the rest of the gang these were classic movies I am 61 years old and can remember watching them as a little kid on Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings that and the little rascals glad I found them where I can watch them all over again

I remember watching the Bowery Boys/Dead End Kids on WGN Channel 9 here in Chicago on Saturday Mornings after the Cisco Kid then they moved to Sunday Mornings before Charlie Chan/Sherlock Holmes in the 70's and early to mid 80's before they moved to WPWR Channel 50 great memories of my childhood

Yes, good catch! Dave was also a hilarious slapstick comedian doing all kinds of spectacular falls in the series of Pete Smith shorts. I think Dave is also in the 1940 film THE DEVIL BAT also featuring Bela Lugosi. Dave also wrote for Red Skelton for decades. Talented guy.
