The best comedy always comes from truth, no matter how weird. He has never lost his edge or become repetitive. He always keeps it fresh and original and he's a real gift to enjoy.

I like to put on Insomniac when I can't sleep at night. Takes me back to my high school days. I think I've watched every episode at least 5 times. Dave Attell will be remembered as one of the best of his generation. He's effortlessly hilarious. 14:25 The joke that never was. I don't know why this part cracks me up so much. 😂

Imagine Dave Attell and Patrice O'neal Weekly podcast, straight up telling the world exactly how it is, who it is,when it is,both not giving 1 fuck. A true "comedians comedian"..I've bumped into dave a few times randomly walking downtown.. Those albums he put out (late 90s?- early 00s) are legendary! Back when you only had CDS.. He would have been 10000x bigger if the internet was even half as amazing as it is today. He was always edgy, nd appreciated the true art of writing a joke.
