To new comers this is OTOLE dance - WAR Dance of the ACHOLI. If one observes carefully one can see from the men's head gear the different ranks - "balloon" head is the General. I have studied the zulu war Wikipedia at: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impi and see similarities. The so called Zulu "buffalo horns formation" can be seen here well demonstrated!!
