I normally cleaned my table after eating at fastfood restaurants too, but there was once incidence that happened, made me wonder, should I or should I not clean. A boy (the cleaner at the fastfood restaurant) literally ran after me, taking the tray from my hand and said in malay, "trans: sister, this is my job. I do this as part time to help my university payment. Please don't do it. I will be scolded by manager" 😭😭😭 So nowadays, when I wanna clean, I will look around, if it's okay to clean the table myself. Kinda confusing.

How about this? Just separate the trash and plate, properly put them all in the tray. I think its ok to wipe the table with tissue. Then leave the tray on table. So staff only need to take away the tray. I did this if I have some time and I also realize if I did everything, I'm gonna get the staff in trouble, like you said with part their manager. So you can help cleaning it but not all the way.

Hahaha true...went to S Korea twice and most really look unfriendly but this can boils down to communication problem probably with foreigners. An elderly lady helped to adjust my wife's shoulder sleeve in a train, while one elderly man gestured furiously at us at a train platform after we alighted...we only realised that he was telling us to get back in as the stop was the last one and the train would then turn back to an interchange stop and we could hop on another train to our destination. Generally, the elderly are more friendly and I met two, one in Daegu and the other in Seoul, who eagerly spoke to me (in bits and pieces of English) when they knew I was from Malaysia as they have been there.

Most Koreans are so out going and talk active especially when they feel fun and comfortable they talk and joke soo much. Koreans are also emotional people and if you know Korean you can definitely try to speak Korean with Koreans they will be gladly surprised. I also think many Koreans are soo funny and really not shy. Malaysians feel rivalry with other too, but I think the scale is quite far from what Koreans are experiencing. Personally, as a Muslim, I believe that personal effort goes only so far, the rest is up to fate. If God wills it, then it will be mine. If God wills otherwise, then no matter how hard I try, even if I cheat, I won't get what I go after. This is not to say there should be no effort, but rather, the universe is huge, did you really think that the small, weak you could win every time? Everybody wins some, loses some, and move on.

1:29 the proper name for the water hose in eng is "Bidet". "Paip air" in malaysia, "Semprotan" in indonesia.

Thank you for your information!!! Oh do you know both language?

Malaysian and indonesian languages are different but yet still understandable. You can tell from the language tones and words that you are using in conversation and daily basic things. Even in malaysia, we do spoke in different dialects. Mine is sabahan which a lot of peninsula malaysians thought it was indonesian. No.. Its totally different.

@@sHiQiEn when i was young, i cant differentiate the slang of sabahan and indonesia, but time to time, i knew it's different, and i do love sabahan slang, it looks cute, love from johor
