Usually they just reply to comments a generic unrelated message to get someone to click their profile, but they're getting more sophisticated. I still thing the responses are algorithmically created, generated by putting the names of some of the songs and the name of the composer into premade sentences talking about how good the song is. I've listened to your music for years, and it invariably makes me emotional. Doubtless, you are a competent composer and arranger, but I believe it is the vocal manipulation in particular that makes the music so emotionally charged. The famed Avalanches record Since I Left You is a similar patchwork of vocal samples - the overarching effect is the feeling of grandeur and awe at the wide gamut of human experience. Your particular vocal manipulation leaves certain key words intact - words with meaningful connotations - while truncating the rest, which removes their intelligibility as words and reduces them to phonemes and emotional inflection. Thus, the familiar sounds of speech are stripped of their familiar meaning, and the native tongue is given the novelty of an unspoken language. It is this revelation of the unrecognized properties of what was, seemingly, long understood that imbues the music with a powerful sense of meaning. As Paul Klee said, "Art does not reproduce the visible; rather, it makes it visible."
