If you go online, you will see that Pike Minnow are an invasive species. You can try to eat them, just super boney. It seems like they have two separate rib cages. Me and my guy cooked some, and that was the impression. Best thing for pike minnow, is garden compost. eheheh

Pike minnow are an invasive species. Best use for them is garden compost.

I got a massive one out of here when we had that huge summer downpour a while back. I got soaked but it was a absolute tank, so it was worth it. I think maybe it was the same day you filmed this

You’re supposed to kill the pikeminnow, they eat everything in the lake and the bass don’t typically eat them. Just for next time 👍

I think fisheries department is asking anglers to take the bass too, not to throw them back. I’m wondering if they taste any good ?

Finding the big ones has been a challenge, next spring I’ll get it dialed in. My goal is to find a 5 pounder.
