I am just curious if you let the proper authorities know that a new culvert is needed? I'm asking because some of these roads you go down seem a little less traveled than others. I love watching your videos! Well done ladies! 😊

You need to carry your little electric hand saw and cut away the pricklies so you can get access to the culverts!

I think that first one has been rusted out so long that there is erosion under just about all of to some degree. You have seen what can happen if that goes on long enough. Do you know who you could report it to? That would definitely be “a stitch in time saves nine.”

8:10 Why do put the branches up above the culvert on the road side? Surely they're just going fall back in again by the wind caused by a car going past? It also looks a mess. Otherwise I find these videos strangely satisfying.

Tim from the Way Out West channel here on YT says that Briars are a meat-eating plant. He says that animals like sheep get caught and cannot get out. They die by the plant, and it then gains nutrients from the dead animal. What do you two think?

Hi girls , great job on so many videoes, but I see them on Facebook on speciel another dudes fb So I wonder if you know about it ? And if its okay ?
@culvertsandmore7 ай бұрын
We know about it and NO it is not ok. They are outright stealing our content and passing it off as their own and even claiming we work for them. Facebook doesn’t care though cause even if you report it they won’t take it down. Best you can do is leave a comment on their page that they are stealing content from us. 🤷♀️

Hello you hard working gals, Would you consider using a tripod more often to film both the clearing and the exit? The handheld camera tends to swing around a lot, it can be difficult to watch. We all appreciate your hard work, thank you.

I don't want to be a negative Nelly but.... I was disappointed to see that you're now not picking up the trash before letting the water go thru the clogged culvert. And I noticed in the pass couple of videos that you're now showing the footage of when the culvert is unclogged. I think you should speed up the footage because it just seems like you put it in that way to make your video longer. You didn't do this in your older videos. I really do love your videos.....but I sure do miss seeing your Daddy! Y'all all crack me up.
@culvertsandmore7 ай бұрын
We understand. We aren’t doing it to make our videos longer. We have gotten tons of comments asking to see the exit view bigger. They are sped up as well. I have them at either 8x or 20x faster than normal. Even if we left the exit view out we would still be putting out 30 minute videos. We still pick up trash as much as we can too but honestly we just don’t have the time or space in the truck to pick up everything. We do the best we can but we are only able to go out one time a week. Sorry if we have disappointed you.

@@culvertsandmore No matter how much or how little you do, as long as you're making an improvement, no one should be criticizing you, ladies!!! They should speak to those who litter. Or they could figure out the cost to their town or city of picking up litter and debris tossed by their residents. Then publish it, post it or make a billboard reminding their neighbours that each property tax payee is paying for someone to pick up their litter and/or the litter of their neighbours. I made an educated guess (I worked for our city and every Fall and Spring I would spend at least two weeks picking garbage. When I worked in Parks we picked up litter in every park every time we went to cut the grass. We also picked along all the major roads before every long weekend from May to October (When we cut the grass along the roadsides in the urban area). My educated guess was made about 20 years ago when our city had approximately 850,000 in the urban area. The cost of picking up litter and debris, including only what the Parks department covered was over CAD$6 million per annum! BTW, this is after an annual 'blitz' called "Cleaning the Capital" which asks residents to choose an area to clean up, register with the city and the city will bring bags and pick up the full ones, plus any articles too large for the bags. If you haven't deduced it by now, I live in Ottawa, Canada. I spent weeks doing what these generous ladies do when I worked for the former City of Kanata (Now part of Ottawa) back in the late 90s. You deserve recognition, not just on KZbin but from your state for it!!! Give yourselves the biggest pats on your backs!!! And now some applause!
