What is the white canister added to the motor at 01:43 ? I would say oil filter but towards the end a (second?) Oil filter is added bearing the marks of Cummins which clearly helps identify that bit as an oil filter but not so much for this particular part

I believe it has EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) unit too as attached parallel to exhaust manifold 😉😎🇵🇰🇱🇷
