Hey man. i replaced the turbo and actuator, i have cummins isx 15 500hp. Before they found out they were messing with my engine swaping sensors this and that, now since they replaced my turbo and actuatoe truck has no power, and gave me code sa 0 spn 411 fmi 2 egr differential pressure sensor. why is this code poping up ? thank you

I take it that your engine is not a cm870. Differential pressure sensor I believe is for a the dpf system.

Straight pipe it. Your exhaust is clogged somewhere and I would start with the muffler personally

International 9400 are good trucks but with that type of mileage you're getting ready to spend some money those engines aren't cheap to overhaul about 24k for good overhaul

Straight pipes is a expression for a exhaust with no restrictions like a muffler. So it is open pipe from the turbo back

Sounds like injector or vnt on turbo isnt working right

Best thing to do is find a reputable shop and have them or you do a boost leak test. Also if you have a boost gauge check your levels. If all is good then do a injector leak down test.

I’m getting a mid 128 pod 27 fmi 4 And a mid 128 sid 146 fmi 7 codes it’s all still plugged in but feel like it’s maybe stuck open. Recently getting a pretty bad average driving from Seattle and Boise. Normally heavy loads 75-79k gross and I would get 6.2 to 6.6. My last two trips I’ve been getting 5.4 and 5.5 nothin has changed nor was there any high winds

I love the cm870 engine. It is reliable and powerful with good fuel mileage. Just keep up on maintenance and you will be golden.

I have a slow down on my cm870 on slight up hills and when under pressure I hear air struggling noises like air wants to pass but doesn’t and then it does pass weird stuff. Also when I assume the truck needs the turbo sometimes it doesn’t come on and I feel a loss of power , then sometimes it comes on when it supposed to and I get all the power in the world. Can you give me some pointers ? Thx

If you trace the air line from your wastgate over to the drivers side over by the air compressor you will find a valve. I do not remember what the exact name of it is but that is what regulates your boost pressure. I would start there

Code on dash is a Dot violation on an inspection more than likely they’ll know you tampered with something they will get on your truck and tell you to cycle the engine.
