THIS CUMMINS ISX15 HAD A MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE CYLINDER HEAD CAUSE ENGINE MALFUNCTIONS AND NOISE OUT OF CONTROL. IN THIS CASE THE ONLY WAY TO REPAIR THIS PROBLEM WE NEED TO REPLACE THE CYLINDER HEAD WITH CYLINDERS AND PISTONS.
