A court case requires motive and intent. The McMichaels have experience in law enforcement. They caught the exact correct person. They have no criminal records. And the GBI video describes mean words the McMichaels never said. It was described in court as an "enhanced video". By the judge walmsley himself. You can tell when judges take bribes because video recordings are usually not admissible.
@kkennedy96562 жыл бұрын
@@freshstart4423 For them to have experience in law enforcement but weren't law enforcement killing an innocent man could be why they were found guilty on all charges. @@kkennedy9656 as citizens we verify the facts Arbery was the exact person verified by the video for you to see. So it wasn't a mistake in identity. Become aware of the forensics scam before it happens to you. There’s a simple reason why the defense lawyers went so grossly personal, and racist. They were hoping it would lead to enough outrage in the courtroom that they could then use it for a mistrial. Good on the prosecution, the jury, and the judge for remaining composed, and not letting their slimy plan work.

Ya know, I have actually said that in an un-ironic manner. I'm over 40, I have no idea what is considered racist anymore, so if I touch on something that I think could(with thinking in a very off kilter manner) be seen as racist I tend to preface it with that. I mean, I have been told I am sexist for opening a door for a woman, racist for saying that 'Shaft" was part of a type of movie popular in the 70s that were called "Blaxploitation movies" and that the term "Negro league" is a racial slur... So, yeah, a little non-sequitur, but it sorta triggered a "oh, right, I remember something about that" kinda reaction. I do admit that it usually is a case where someone is about to say something spectacularly racist after they say that, it's a racist version of when someone from the South says "Bless their heart, but.." that you know they are about to say something horrible about someone.
