You are a very kind individual so thank you first off. I used the exact amount that you mention in the video and i have a 20 litre gallon fermenter and i left the wine the exact same amount of time as you did. The wine was so delicious, my family and i were in absolute love with it. So now i would like to make 3 times the amount since the container is so large (20 litres)and i used the 4 litres of water etc with the same amount of other ingredients in your recipe. So my question is does this mean that i need to leave the wine for the 5 days in the first fermenter and then 20 days in the second fermenter like i did the first time i did the wine even though this time i will use 3 times the ingredients or do i need to increase the time that i leave it in the containers which would mean 3 times longer? thank you cuoredicioccolato, your recipes are amazing!!!

In my country fishing with a speargun is prohibited. You can even get fined if the police catches you 200 meters away from a river or a lake with a speargun. Only normal fishing with a fishing rod is allowed.

I'm glad there is this law. I wish it existed around Sydney. People cannot use spearguns in freshwater and no exploding whatever the thing is called that spears the poor animals. It is illegal to kill groper under any circumstances in NSW. When I was a kid there was a blue groper at the beach where I grew up. He was known as "Bluey" because of his colour, he was very big and very friendly - he was like a dog, he liked being patted. When he was about 60 years old in 2002 someone killed him with a speargun. Almost everyone in Sydney was outraged. Eastern groper were nearly exterminated in the 1960s and that is when the law to protect groper in NSW was introduced. I wish octopus were protected.

I have to be very honest about this episode. Octupus are very clever animals and this feels sad. I know humans have to eat and you are not a commercial fisherman - and that makes a difference. Thank you for not eating an octupus and encouraging people to be respectful of the baby octupus. But there are so many foods from the land - fruits and vegetables and grains and legumes. These foods don't have brains and they are proven by the World Health Organisation to be the healthiest foods we an eat 😊
