Ben you do a great job with your content. Two criticisms I have of bloggers in general. They care too much about hearing themselves talk ( you seem more genius in helping others rather than the amount of “FaceTime on screen ) The second, and it’s more my fault, I’m 60 years old and I’m from Tennessee. Which means I talk slow but I listen even slower! KZbin viewing involves a lot of rewinding for me! It would be wonderful if you could just slow it down a bit. You are an expert and experts tend to rattle off things they think everyone should know. But we don’t. Keep up the great work just maybe a little slower , more deliberate and while I love the comic antics perhaps just a little less. You really are very good!

Just in time... About to use Cupix for a VT of my sister-in-law's dental office. My only concern is later on if they decide to start charging for hosting the tours, what happens to all of your clients data? I mean you sell them on the product and then all of a sudden there is a hosting fee passed on that you didn't sell to the client. Could leave you in a bad situation depending on cost...contract that you based your sale on, etc.... Any thoughts?

Hi Andrew- I’m fairly sure any fees they might charge will be for future tours, not stuff that’s already on there. Better make the most of it while it’s still free 😉

Always learning from your videos. 👍 Question: I have a client that I will be shooting a VR tour for, I have purchased a monthly subscription to cupix, however I think I will have to keep paying the monthly subscription for awhile if the client keeps wanting to view the VR tour for lets say 6 months. Once I stop the subscription the VR tour will not be accessible to the client. Is this correct or is there a way around it? If I keep getting more clients to do VR tours then its fine to keep paying the monthly sub but if not then it just doesn't make financial sense to keep paying.? Thanks mate.

Thanks, I was wondering how to remove images from tour. I had one that contained a stupid amount of pics, so I had a brilliant idea(so i thought). I uploaded less images, and then I had to reposition every shot because cupix couldnt figure it out. Now I know, shoot everything, upload, and remove unwanted. Thanks Ben

No problem- yeah that’s definitely a better idea

How do we move points to floor position in current version? Lock position doesn't exist anymore.

Ben, how come you used a Mi-Sphere for this instead of a Ricoh Theta V or Fusion, since in one of your other videos you said those two were better than the Mi-Sphere for virtual tours? Thanks.

Hi Itai, i shot both of these videos at the same time and didn’t have time to do in-depth analysis of the photos since I had the venue for such a short time. Mi Sphere is still a great virtual tour camera and most of my audience use it which is why I’m happy to make this video using it.

Was playing in Cupix and I couldnt work out if that bluepint it generates is used for anything other than laying out the waypoints. Also is the 3d model it generates able to be used for anything in the final tour a bit like matterports "dollhouse" feature?

Yes the blueprint is used for many things and no you can’t show the 3D mode publicly

So i'm trying to use cupix with my insta360 one. Though I can't upload because it says the file format is not supported (INSP) but I can't figure out how to change the file format of my 360 photos. Yes I've googled the crap out of it...

Hello Ben, great presentation. I just have a few questions 1. I would like to host the VRs in my server, is this possible so that when I take tours, I can download the same from cupix and host is so that they can access it not from player.cupix.com but from my own URL? 2. Is it possible to hide, POWERED BY CUPIX, I would like to whitelist and have my brand name? Kindly advise

Dear Ben, why do the 360 GoPro Fusion photos seem to have low definition, even if they have 18MP? The Xiaomi you used has 16MP. Are the quality of Xiamoi photos360 good? Thank you

I don’t think they do :)
