A technical correction on min. 13: The car has 12 OPS ( Optical Parking Sensors) ultrasonic sensors. 4 on the front, 4 on the back and 4 on the lateral sides. The side sensors are used for "Park Assist" (for automatic parking) for detecting free parking spaces when you want to park in line. These OPS sensors cannot detect moving objects. For this you have to use radars. The "blind spot system" don´t use this 12 OPS sensors. It uses two radars in the rear of the vehicle, these radars are hidden, you cannot see them as well as you can see the front radar that controls the ACC and the "front assist".

Really good review. I have a MK3.5 Leon Cupra 290 & looking to swap for this model. I agree the styling is on point apart from the lack of side skirts. I had the original OEM side skirts supplied, painted & fitted by my SEAT dealership who supplied the car from new. It really does set the car apart. I’m hoping they can remove my side skirts & fit them on the MK4 if I decide to go for it.
