I just found this tire on the side of the road. I think it was someone's spare tire that fell off the mount. Then got the damage when it rolled out from under the truck.

I've hit potholes in the nyc area that can do that to tires. They can straight up crack your rims. Nothing worse than hitting a new one and instantly hearing, pshhhhhhhh.

They install those potholes. It's part of their attempt to reduce speed in the city.

I've had so many customers come in with wheels looking like that wanting a puncture repair and swearing black and blue that they have NEVER EVER hit a curb in their life, staring us down like we bent the rim and cut the 12 inch hole in their sidewall :D
