I had a dispute with my roommate about whether it is reasonable to get angry for me when the guy seated next to me farts during the flight. It shocked me. He was serious about how "it just happens and it's not with bad intentions" - so what? It's not the intentions that make a fart smell! There are people for whom feeling comfortable necessarily leads to others discomfort - and they don't give a shit and tell you you're uptight then. I mean: Everybody has to sacrifice some comfort up there. You're sitting in narrow seats, the air is not the freshest, the food is horrible and the variety of activities is extremely limited. And that, my friends, is the reason why it's okay that there are different classes. If you have the money and the willingness, you should be always able to get rid of all those smelly, loud and ugly other human beings. That is the true blessing that money gives to us.
