You know how many false complaints corporate gets a day? People lie all the time to get someone to lose their job over personal gripes. Some people get fired for stealing and want to try to get the manager who caught them fired as well. Even with this video, they said it right at the beginning you don't know what happened before they started filming even though she looks bad what if they said something disgusting to her right at the start then when they invoked a reaction they started recording you just don't know. She even says your boy your girl you want them to come in here and start so much drama the point is you just don't know what happened before the camera came on. Growing up I have always been told to believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see because people lie and even with video it can be framed in such a way it doesn't show what lead from A-B-C and all you see here is C we have no idea what A-B was. You know how many videos I have seen that makes person A look like an ass and person B look like a reasonable person but then more information comes out and it is shown person B was in the wrong the whole time and person A was just reacting to the actions of person B. The point is we are seeing what happened 1/2 way through the incident I would like to know what happened in the first 1/2 as well.

Our checks were literally made out of a lady's house, and Ryan was the only HR "rep" we had if we wanted to complain. Literally no training structure, I had to come up with shit on the spot. But they're still prospering at the expense of their workers today. Disgusting.

What’s with people like this? She’s so angry about nothing. The kids weren’t being rude or demanding or insulting. If the mother was promised a raise MONTHS AGO it’s not that unbelievable she’d ask about it again. What kind of pathetic power trip do you get being the manager of a restaurant?
@drhank33y3 жыл бұрын
While I agree with you, the power of the media is also that you can manipulate it. You only see the recorded video part, but what if those kids first asked for a raise, the manager declined because it wasn't realistic compared to the work she was doing or something, and then the kids started yelling and cursing at the manager, upon the manager got angry and at that moment they started recording and started acting calm and friendly. I mean it probably wasn't like that, but still not every video on social media is black and white.

Thank you, Model The Masters!! Soooooo many of these are obvious cases where the real bad guys edit out where they cursed at this manager first, or something like that. How about it was three against one at one point, and this manager felt backed into a corner. This is why you can never loose your cool in these kinds of situations. One bad thing for the other side: how long did she work there with promised raise, but didn't get it? Was it six months? And then was raise not given because this employee (let's call her Maria, and the manager is Karen of course, hehe) missed an excessive number of days, and/or was late quite often? Yes, Model, we need to hear a lot more of this story before we can be worthy members of this "jury."
