Not going to happen. Unless an ability to put one's shoes on quicker than others somehow leads to having more children than those whose index fingers are slightly less equipped for the task. I can't see that happening. What will happen is that old Jewish guys with weird hair will get laid a lot more in the future than they did in the past, because they can now earn half a billion dollars by just being funny, but that won't have any evolutionary effect. Evolution doesn't work on us the way it used to. Being funny is of no use when you're facing a lion, but it can help to make the group protect you, because you make them laugh. It won't matter much once the pressure is on, once 99% or more of us die out, and everybody after that comes from that 1%, that's when natural selection will mean something for the human species. Until then, it's society that decides who is successful, not biology. Society values an old man that's funny very much, obviously. Biology doesn't. Nature doesn't. Nature doesn't even know we're here. Nature will fucking kill you, and it won't even know it's done it.

Curb used to be one of the funniest shows in the history of tv especially in its earlier years. Now it is going way too political. I am moderate politically but it's a shame Larry now seems to be more interested in making political points than making people laugh judging by the quality of the first two episodes. We all know Larry is a liberal this storyline is just lame and obvious. This show has officially jumped the shark.
