I took on the challenge this morning! Tho because I am am a older woman (Grandma of 4!) I cheated by doing the old ladies push-ups (from the knees instead of the toes)! I was able to do 100 old lady push-ups in 4.55 minutes! Thanks for the challenge... it was painfully fun!
