This is a famous traditional dish of the Central regions of vietnam. Extremely simple, but in terms of deliciousness, it is not simple at all.
Especially for Tết, Vietnamese New Year, we often make this dish to enjoy during the holiday.
The aroma of fish sauce, garlic and chili permeates every fiber of the meat. The taste is truly wonderful.

- Fish sauce: 500g
- Sugar: 500g
- Vinegar: 50g
