Vitamins A, B, C, D & E along with Magnesium, Zinc, Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Astaxanthin and the most important is Omega 3 Fish Oil (2 Tablespoons before lunch). My Doctor said my vision and the health of my eyes and Retina were 35% better than one year ago. I had Detached Retina 5 years ago and I have been researching how to help my eyes get healthier. These things work!!!
