Hi Mike, I owe a V12 Vanquish (gen1), living in Sydney, Australia, considering a Rapide S as a daily driver. Did I hear correctly that you could change the software with Vanquish Gen 2 gearbox configuration if I were to bring you the ECU? Or both ECU’s? How can we organise hand delivery and your service during a holiday to Europe?

Hi Mike I have owned an Aston for over 15 years but it’s what is now a “Heritage” car. It’s a 1997 V8 Coupe5.3 litre mileage 36k am I correct in thinking your Co. doesn’t get involved with these ? ( I live in s. Devon) thanks

Hi Mike I’ve been running my 4.7 2012 Vantage S on Esso Synergy re your recommendation and have been really pleased with the cars performance. Since watching your video regarding Esso now using ethanol in Synergy fuel what would be your new recommendation be ? Thanks again for the information.

With a 2005-2017 Vantage, if take care you can separate the headlight from its lenses .... Are the lenses purchaseable & where from?

Hi Mike I live in the North of Scotland and own a 2008 Vantage V8. At what point do you recommend turning to an Independent from dealership for servicing and maintenance? Does changing to an Independent affect the value of the car significantly?

Can someone tell me what are the differences between a v8 vantage post 2012 facelift and a v8 vantage S (besides the 10bhp and the exhaust system)? Other than that they seem identical to me...

Dammit, missed your live stream! I do have a question though, having just purchased a 2011 Rapide, which I absolutely love, I’m wondering firstly, at 60k what preventive maintenance I should be looking at and secondly, assuming there are differences between Rapide and DB9 suspension are there any options to lower Rapide by approximately 20 mm? Okay, technically two questions 😂

I have a2007 db9 that has suddenly started vibrating on start up and tick over is it safe to drive?

If the vibration at start-up is misfire (usually from sparkplugs and or coils), it’s really not advisable to drive the car any further. You really need a laptop diagnostic session to understand exactly what’s wrong. Continued operation with anything wrong (vibration or miss fire) should be avoided.
