Curious Little Creature Enjoys Some Tunes

While out on a walk, I came across this tiny weasel like creature that seemed to like the sounds of Sly and the Family Stone. I have seen many brown and reddish coloured animals like this, but never a white and grey coloured one before. Not sure what it's called, but it was a cute little f*cker. It was small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.

Hey MegaFred!!!! It was a neat little guy that wanted to ROCK. Wooooooooooooooo!!!!! The problem during winter is that with most species of weasel, their fur turns white, so identification is difficult. My 1st guess would be mink as there are many in the area, but I have never seen one so small and at this time of year. But then again, this winter has been the likes of which I have never seen. There used to be several mink farms in the area, and the last one closed a few years back. A ferret could be possible, but unlikely. What ever it is, it seemed to like the tunes. Wooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! RTFO!!!🤘

My 1st guess would be mink as there are many in the area, but I have never seen one so small and at this time of year. But then again, this winter has been the likes of which I have never seen. There used to be several mink farms in the area, and the last one closed a few years back. A ferret could be possible, but unlikely. What ever it is, it seemed to like the tunes. Looks like a ferret, wondering if thats an escaped pet, or if someone "released" it to the wild. Non expert but I think wild ones here are brown-black?

Definitely is- used to know some people who kept the domesticated ones as pets. Cool seeing it in the wild!

Most likely a mink, hard to tell in winter time though. The weasels turn white in winter. RTFO!!!🤘
