This channel does a good job showcasing the High Desert area. Spring Valley Lake is definitely nice to drive through or experience the park areas. The Richmond American Homes in triangle area a new and have a lot of house square footage. Park showcases are always good. The winters are cold but something that can be endured and adjusted to. Cost of food, good food is less expensive than LA County for people that think to move here. The new home in the intro is definitely a nicer home. Nice to see how the homes look and the amenities in the new builds.
