Do you have any tips on shrinkage? I have a similar texture as you and I want to do more wash & go’s and showcase my natural curl pattern instead of always twist outing my hair to style it but my hair shrinks up so much and I don’t want it too. If you have any tips I’d love to hear them! Thank you so much 😊

Try banding your hair after it dries. Stretching it with banding method overnight in 3,4 or more sections really helped me. Hope this helps you

When I started my wavy hair journey over a year ago I was so frustrated with having bad hair days I wanted to give up so many times that I'd braid, twist, or do heatless curls with a satin scarf. Lately I've been doing the gravity curls trick from a video I saw from @Galhaswavyhair. I'd been leaving it in a dry plop for about ten minutes and then letting it air dry the rest of the way. I don't air dry often since my hair takes forever to get wet, and what feels like an eternity to dry. Since I live in Northwestern US, deal with some SAD, and work nights finding the time and energy to style my wavy hair is a lot of work! If I do, I'll put my hair in a claw clip for work or keep it down, despite the fact that I'm at a point in my life where keeping my hair down takes effort. I've watched a handful of your videos and we both have similar hair short of curl pattern. Excellent video Noelia!

I can never wear high buns or ponytails that sit at the crown of my head because it makes my scalp really sore ☹but for majority of 2022 I have left my hair down untied, in twists, or a low bun and my scalp has never felt better.
