I was at walmart recently checking out Pantene's products but was unsure if they were safe due to what I'd heard in the past. Thanks for testing these products and showing that they aren't bad in moderation!

I was on the CGM for 4 years. The entire time using "gentle" shampoos with the occasional clarifying shampoo caused me to have severe hair loss. I thought it was my hormones. Since using sulfates daily and silicones again, my hair stopped falling out 100%!! Pantene is really good, but I make sure to rotate lots of products to prevent buildup.

I’m dealing with this right now!! I’ve been doing CGM for about 6 years. My hair is thinning badly. I’ve thought it’s hormones and postpartum.. but I’m losing so much hair! And it just doesn’t feel healthy anymore! I’m really tempted to switch over to a sulfate shampoo now! I don’t have time for perfect curls and strict rules. I just want my hair back🥲

There is a cool channel called Lab Muffin Beauty Science, which is basically a chemicist debunking a lot of myths. Her latest video happens to be about shampoos, I think you might find it very interesting, and maybe helpful for preventing future uneducated critiques, as well as teaching your audience too. Pantene has always been the one hair product that works on my hair, everything else always feels like washing/conditioning with soap (regarding drugstore products).

Yep, after more than a decade of kidding myself with “natural” shampoos, I’m finally back to drugstore and my scalp and hair never felt better.

Don't ever use this product. Lots of bad reviews. Of Flaking hair, Allergic Reactions etc. Its a bad one. happened to me too.

Try to avoid sulfates and alcohol contained products. Dehydrates your curls.
